Summer Registrations

2024 MNASE Summer AAU Basketball Season

ALL ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND TRYOUTS/ EVALUATION TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PLACEMENT ON A MNASE BASKETBALL TEAM.

Only coaches and players are allowed in the gym during tryouts and practices. The tryout fee is not a part of registration and also not the cost to participate on the team, the tryout fee is for players to attend tryouts and possibly get an invite to play on a MNASE Team.

Tryouts will be held throughout the month of March. Tryouts will be held on Saturdays and/or Sundays. Tryouts will be held for 90 minutes per group, athletes are required to attend a minimum of 1 tryout. To receive the tryout dates parents must complete registration online for the division in which they would like to try out.

9U Tryouts will be held first followed by 11U, 13U, 15U and 17U. Players must tryout with their current division before attempting to play up in a division. This means that all 9U players must tryout for 9U before they may attend tryouts for 11U and/or 13U.

Player invites to join the team will be sent out no later than March 21st, players must accept their position on the team, (players who accept their position after April 2nd will be charged a late fee of $50) as well as pay the participation fee. We offer installation plans where the cost of participation is split multiple times, due every two weeks up to 8 weeks.

All Tournaments are billed to parents evenly at least 4 weeks before the tournament registration deadline, parents who do not pay their portion of the tournament fee waives their child's participation in the tournament. ALL TOURNAMENTS WILL BE 2 GAMES GUARANTEED. Please download and read the rules attached to your confirmation email. We will also be hosting our own tournaments for this season.

Uniforms:
Players will receive their team uniform and backpack when they have paid their registration fee in full. Uniforms may take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to arrive, we will not schedule any tournaments until we have received all players uniforms.

Tournaments will begin once jersey's have arrived, we will order jerseys when all players have made a payment to their account, tournaments will most likely begin in Mid-May and go until July. The first few weeks of practice will focus on developing players skills and helping the team build chemistry, it is important that you do not miss any practices for the first 6 weeks.
