Executive Leadership


Executive Director:

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for MNASE.
  • Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan.
  • Oversee all operations, including programs, finances, and staff.
  • Build partnerships with sponsors, local organizations, and community leaders.
  • Represents MNASE at public events, conferences, and media engagements.
Director of Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of MNASE, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Supervise all department managers.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor program performance and implement improvements.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for staff and participants.

Director of Finance:

  • Manage MNASE's budget, including forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Oversee payroll, invoices, and accounts receivable/payable.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Identify opportunities for cost-saving and revenue generation.
  • Provide financial insights to guide decision-making for programs and investments.

Program and Event Management

Program Director:

  • Develop and oversee all youth and adult basketball programs.
  • Ensure programs align with MNASE's mission and participants needs.
  • Recruit and train program Staff, including referees, coaches and volunteers.
  • Monitor program quality and participant feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to promote programs.

Tournament and Event Manager:

  • Plan and execute all MNASE tournaments and special events.
  • Coordinate schedules, venues, and logistics for events.
  • Manage event staff, including referees, scorekeepers, and volunteers.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses for sponsorship opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth operations and resolve issues during tournaments.

Coaching and Player Development


Coaching Director:

  • Recruit, certify, and mentor coaches for MNASE programs.
  • Develop and implement coaching certification programs and workshops.
  • Provide coaches with resources, such as practice plans and drills.
  • Ensure coaches adhere to MNASE policies and maintain a positive impact on players.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and offer feedback to coaches.
Player Development Coordinator:

  • Design and oversee player development programs, including leagues and training sessions.
  • Work with coaching staff to create personalized Player development plans.
  • Monitor players progress and provide evaluations.
  • Coordinate access to training resources, such as video tutorials and guides.
  • Organize skill development events, such as tryouts, evaluations, and scrimmages.

Marketing and Community Engagement

Marketing and Community Manager:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote MNASE programs and events.
  • Manage social media accounts, website updates, and email campaigns.
  • Create promotional materials, such as flyers, banners, and videos.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Build relationships with local media outlets for coverage and advertising opportunities.
Community Engagement Coordinator:

  • Foster relationships with local schools, businesses, and community organizations.
  • Develop outreach programs to engage under-served communities.
  • Organize community events, such as free clinics and family fun days.
  • Coordinate volunteer recruitment and appreciation programs.
  • Represent MNASE at community meetings and events.

Facilities and Equipment Management

Facilities Manager:

  • Coordinate with venue owners to secure space for leagues, tournaments, and events.
  • Ensure all facilities are safe, clean, and properly maintained.
  • Develop a schedule for venue usage and communicate with staff and participants.
  • Oversee the setup and tear-down for events, including seating, courts, and equipment.
  • Handle any facility-related issues during programs or events.
Equipment Manager:

  • Maintain inventory of all basketball equipment
  • Ensure equipment is in good condition and ready for use.
  • Distribute and collect equipment for programs and events.
  • Manage purchases and replacements for damage or outdated equipment.
  • Coordinate equipment rentals or partnerships with suppliers when needed.

Administrative Support


Registration and Customer Support Coordinator:

  • Manage participant registration for all programs and events.
  • Handle inquiries from participants, parents, and coaches.
  • Provide timely responses via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Resolve issues related to payments, schedules, and registrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of participants and membership details.
Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support to all departments and managers.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and manage internal communications.
  • Assist with event planning and logistical tasks.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation for the organization.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations for MNASE Staff.

Staffing Coordination

Event Staff Manager:

  • Recruit, train, and coordinate staff/volunteers for programs and events.
  • Develop and maintain a database of active event staff/volunteers.
  • Create staff/volunteer schedules and assign roles.
  • Organize staff/volunteer appreciation events and recognition programs.
  • Ensure volunteers adhere to MNASE policies and expectations.
