COACHING OPPORTUNITIES
Head Coaches & Assistant Coaches
MNASE coaches are responsible for instruction, leadership, and athlete development within our programs.
Responsibilities Include:

Leading practices and game-day instruction

Teaching fundamentals and team concepts

Setting behavioral and effort standards

Communicating clearly with athletes and families

Supporting MNASE policies and program goals
Ideal Candidates:

Experience coaching or playing basketball

Strong communication and leadership skills

Commitment to athlete development and safety
Coaches must complete required onboarding steps prior to participation.
OFFICIALS & GAME OPERATIONS
Referees, Scorekeepers & Event Staff
Officials and game operations staff ensure fair play, safety, and efficient event execution.
